Adjust until desired level of support is achieved. Washing: Close fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: For left or right hand, this support is adjustable to fit most wrists. Measure around wrist. Fits 5.5-9.5 in (14.0-24.1 cm).
